Dr. Bus Progression Protocol
Fitness Designed For You
Progress you can Measure! At the heart of the system is the Dr. Bus Progression Protocol (DBPP) - a structured framework built on national strength and movement data. You'll be assessed across strength, endurance, balance, and flexibility, then tracked using the Dr. Bus Strength Index (BSI). Together, you will set benchmarks, track changes over time, and use data to guide your fitness journey.

Dr. Bus
Strength Index
The Dr. Bus Strength Index (BSI) is a standardized, evidence-based scoring system used to measure client strength, mobility, endurance, and balance relative to population norms. Taking into account age, history, and goals, Dr. Bus will do an initial onboarding assessment, followed by a reassessment every 8-12 weeks. This data will guide placement into the Dr. Bus Progression Protocol (DBPP), which classifies fitness into five Performance Categories.
